A South Florida Staple! Originally founded as a Japanese retail market in the early 80’s outside of Homestead AF Base before Hurricane Andrew devastated the area in ’92. In 1993 Fujiya Japanese Restaurant was reborn in its current location and has become an integral part of the community. Truly a go-to place for families and friends to share authentic Japanese cuisine just as the founders envisioned.
Menu has many items that most other restaurants don’t carry. many products coming directly from japan. Because of strick japanese tradition our fish is a much high and costlier grade than most.
